                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ENTER 
                   INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH JOE BREEDLOVE FOR THE 
                   REMOVAL OF NUISANCE BEAVERS IN STREAMS 
                   CRUCIAL FOR THE EFFECTIVE CONVEYANCE OF 
                   STORMWATER RUNOFF FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO 
                   EXCEED THIRTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($35.00) PER BEAVER REMOVED.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to enter into an 
       Agreement with Joe Breedlove for the removal of nuisance beavers 
       in streams crucial for the effective conveyance of stormwater 
       runoff, during the period beginning March 13, 1993 through May 1, 
       1993, for an amount not to exceed $35.00 per beaver removed.
